Follow these tips to get rid of acne. Did you know that acne is often the result of a toxin build up inside our body? To flush away these toxins, start drinking detox water on a daily basis. To make detox water, simply fill a jug with 2 liters water, 1 cucumber thinly sliced, 1 lemon cut in half, half a teaspoon ginger, and around 10 mint leaves. Keep this jug in water overnight. The water will get infused this way. Drink this water through out the day next day. This detox water will give a glow to your skin. When your skin will glow naturally, you will look good even with no makeup on! It will also help you shed a few pounds.
If you want to look good with no makeup, sugar is out! Sugar is the worst enemy of your skin. Sugar makes you age faster. It makes your skin look saggy. It also makes your skin more oily. In short, sugar and clear skin do not go hand in hand.

Green smoothies are a great way to get your daily intake of fresh fruits and vegetables. To make a green smoothie, simply take a handful of spinach, 1 cup of fresh fruits, and a little water. Put them all in a blender. Fresh fruits and vegetables will provide vital nutrients to your skin. Did you know that a lack of vital nutrients often gives us skin problems? For instance, if your body is deficient in vitamin C, your immune system will become weak and your complexion will look dull.

Most of us living in Karachi, or in Asia for that matter, have slightly dark circles. This is probably because Asians have more pigmented skin. So, are we doomed? Not at all! Scrubbing your lips daily will slough away the dead skin cells. Nourishing ingredients will lighten pigmentation. Scrub your lips with a scrub made of a little sugar and some lemon drops daily before going to bed. Scrub your face very lightly. You can even add honey for moisturization. After scrubbing for about a minute, wash off with water. Apply almond oil on your lips afterward. Almond oil will lighten the pigmentation. Do this daily and your lips will look red without any makeup!

Vitamin C Serum
If you want a healthy, glowing, spot free skin, vitamin C is your best friend. You should not only consume vitamin C rich foods but also use vitamin C products. Vitamin C serum is great for getting rid of marks on your skin. Since vitamin C boosts collagen production, it will also help you get rid of acne scars over time. Unfortunately, vitamin C serum is a little bit expensive and not easily available in Karachi. An alternative is to use orange essential oil. Orange essential oil is obtained from orange leaves. It also has a lot of vitamin C which gives your skin a glow. Do not use orange essential oil on its own as it is very strong. Put a few drops of it in the moisturizer you use and apply on your face.
A lot of us wear makeup to make our skin tone look even. Most of us have some sort of pigmentation around our mouth, and a lot of us have dark circles. Cucumber juice is great for getting rid of hyperpigmentation. It is also very calming and refreshing. Apply cucumber juice on your face daily. If you do this regularly, you will get rid of hyperpigmentation and dark circles. This will make it easier for you to go for a no makeup look!
Iron Rich Foods
We all love a rosy glow. The best way to achieve that is to increase the consumption of iron rich foods like spinach, dates, dried fruits, and beans.
Exercise is not just for your body, it is equally good for your skin! Exercising will increase the blood flow to your face. Exercise also helps to relieve stress. If you can’t go to a gym, try to go for a walk at least thrice a week!
