Portion size matters. Overeating can lead to reduced life expectancy, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. While every one nutritional requirement varies, a general guideline is to consume 1.5 cups of fruits, 2.5 cups of vegetables, 3 cups of milk, 225 grams of carbohydrates, and 140 grams of protein daily.

Get Enough Sleep
You must get 7-9 hours of sleep every day. Lack of sleep can lead to obesity and can even speed up the aging process. Getting an adequate amount of sleep every night will keep you looking fresh and radiant.
